I have received numerous complaints from residents of both Blakelands and Newport Pagnell about the overgrown bushes blocking the footpath around Tongwell Lake forcing pedestrians off the path. I asked the Council to cut the bushes back, and this has now been done.

The roundabout at the junction of Wolverton Road, Marsh End Road and the High Street in Newport Pagnell, commonly called the Fire Station Roundabout, has been resurfaced a year ahead of time thank to pressure on MK Council by the Newport Pagnell South Ward Lib Dem Focus Team. I am pleased to report that the Council has confirmed that the Knebworth and Yeomans Roundabouts, on the V10 between Blakelands and Giffard Park, are to be resurfaced. The plans are for circumference of the roundabouts to be resurfaced. Yeomans between the 31st July and 4th August and Knebworth between the 5th August and the 7th August 2015. […]
